About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Install, start up, and commission ILPRA and Sollas packaging machinery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and basic PLC-related issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service repairs.
- Train customers on machine operation and basic maintenance.
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and onsite visits.
- Document service calls, machine performance, and repair recommendations.
- Coordinate with RTG parts and sales departments to support customer needs.
- Assist with machine testing and demonstrations at RTG headquarters.
- Travel to customer locations as required.

- Tray sealers.
- Fill & seal machines.
- Vacuum/MAP packaging systems.
- Overwrappers.
- Conveyors and automation equipment.
